✅Requirements to use the Signador Centralized AOC

Public administrations and organizations interested in using the Signador Centralized (SCC) of the AOC will need:

  1. Have completed the request for the VÀLid service of the AOC.

  2. Integrate with SCC web services.
  3. Assignment of a Medium level electronic seal certificate for exclusive use for own tools to AOC.

  4. Have a Device Certificate (CDA-1) to identify yourself.

    5. Control the life cycle of the digital certificates used in both the integrated tool and the one loaded into the SCC.

🧾 Registration in the service, organization not registered in VÀLid

First, you must request formal registration for the service.

  1. Access EACAT > Procedures .

  2. Choose the provider: Consortium AOC .

  3. Select the service “Registration and modification of services AOC” .

  4. Fill out and submit the application.

🔗Integration into the service, organizations already registered in VÀLid

You can request integration into the SCC by following these steps:

  1. Request, through the AOC Digital Service available at EACAT, the Electronic Seal certificate that will need to be uploaded to the Centralized Signador in order to call it remotely. In the “use of the certificate” section, select “Ceded exclusively for use with own tools”. Remember that your organization must also have a CDA certificate to perform the identification.

  2. At the same time, send the integration document (duly completed and digitally signed, in PDF format) through the integration support contact form .

Our integration support team will contact you upon receiving the transfer of the certificate and integration document to inform you of the steps to follow.

🔐 IMPORTANT: Renewal of the certificate used in the Signador Centralized

When the certificate that your organization has assigned to integrate with the Centralized Signador (SCC) is about to expire, it must be renewed to ensure that the service continues to function correctly. Your organization will receive the usual expiration notices sent by the AOC Digital Certification Service in an automated manner.

📌 The steps to follow for renewal are:

  1. Request certificate renewal through EACAT

  2. When our support team receives the seal renewal and downloads it, it will be uploaded to the SCC and you will be notified.
