In order to minimize incidents and doubts among citizens when carrying out procedures that require identification, apply the following recommendations to the content from where users access the VÀLid service in order to identify themselves and carry out your procedures:
- Do not mention the name of the service VÀLid or the Open Administration of Catalonia, with the aim that the user does not have the perception that comes from the process that is trying to be done in your entity. The brand VÀLid is only the name of the service to address our clients (public entities) but not to the citizens.
- Along the lines of the previous point, use the concept of “identification” as a message to link to the VÀLid website, that is: “identify yourself here”, “identify yourself to continue”, “you must identify yourself” or something similar that fits your style and tone.
- Detail the identification methods accepted by the entity, which will be the options that the user will have when they arrive at the VÀLid website.
