Eset has evolved from a model designed to help small municipalities move from paper to electronic administration, towards an integrated model of electronic processing adapted to the new context of digital transformation in the local world and aimed at becoming a reference territorial standard in Catalonia:

  • It broadens the scope and incorporates a comprehensive vision that includes, among others, public access to information, data orientation and interoperability between administrations.
  • It is a flexible and adaptable model designed to be used by any local administration, facilitating a homogeneous experience for citizens and organizations.
  • It expands the resources made available to organizations (manuals and work guidelines) to facilitate their management and processing.
