The first step is to form a Driving Team that will be responsible for leading the change, establishing priorities and validating technical decisions related to the Eset methodology.

This team will be made up of management positions, the person in charge of the Secretariat, the person responsible for the archive and the organization's personnel who assume the specialized and monitoring functions of the model as Eset references.
