The generic procedure is the processing structure used to manage all those files that do not have a specific procedure previously configured in the file manager.

It serves as a base model and guarantees that any processing follows the phases and procedures established by the regulations:

  • It allows processing files without waiting for the configuration of a specific procedure.

  • Ensures the continuity of processing.

  • It guarantees legal compliance, as it is aligned with the phases and requirements set out in Law 39/2015.

  • Organize the processing into clear phases (initiation and ordering, instruction, completion and resolution).

  • It supports configurable procedures, which can be added, ordered or repeated according to the needs of each file and procedure.
