The Alert Channel is a module of e-TRAM, but it works independently. Although it is not necessary to have e-TRAM activated to use the Alert Channel module, a specific request to register for the service is required.

The specific application for registration for the service can be found in the procedures catalog of AOC to EACAT. To help you, we have attached step-by-step instructions on where to find it:

1. Access EACAT

2. Go to the upper section "Processes"

3. Search for the provider "Consorci AOC" in the list of providers that appears in the catalog or search for "AOC" in the search engine:

4. Display procedures available to my organization

5. Enter the Request for registration or modification of AOC services to download the PDF that can be processed.

5. Then, in the drop-down menu, select the “Alert Channel” option.

6. Within a few days of applying for registration, you will receive an invitation to access the common testing environment (pre-production) to take the first steps and start managing the service. You can see the work of other entities and clone it (please do not edit and save what has been done by other people). You can also change the general parameters of the environment and then return it to its original state.

7. Within a period of seven days, you will receive the registration of your own environment identified with the name of your entity.

8. Additionally, we encourage you to attend specific training courses for the service as its administrator. You can receive information by subscribing to the weekly newsletter and consulting the AOC Blog.
