As a result of the joint work of the Open Government Network of Catalonia, you will find questionnaire proposals available in the Questionnaires section.

To edit any quiz proposal, you must first clone it. Once this is done, you can start editing.

By editing the proposal questionnaire, you will be able to see the different tabs of the form.
