I can't access the service due to HTTP ERROR 400.

If when trying to access the reporting service the HTTP ERROR 400 error occurs:

The "Allow access to the platform without TOR" option may have been disabled.
This option only allows access to the service through TOR when disabled, with no support for other conventional browsers. Therefore, it is mandatory to keep this option enabled by default at all times.
