The User Name field has no limitations regarding its format, but it is important to take into account a series of key aspects to make it easier to remember.

When creating the username :

  • Use a name that is easy to remember.
  • Do not use special characters.
  • Avoid spaces.

We recommend using formulas like:

  • The user's first and last name. Example: Surname or Initial Surname
  • The user's email address. Example: user@domain.com
