Can we sign up for the Alert Channel service if we don't use the e-TRAM?

The Alert Channel is a module of e-TRAM, but it works separately. It is not necessary to have e-TRAM activated to use the Alert Channel module since it is an attached environment.

The Alert Channel has its own URL, management environment and settings.
