Therefore, you will have to fill out the PDF document Request for registration and modification of AOC services where you will have to select the service “Alert Channel - e-TRAM Module”.

It is important that you consider:

  • That the registration form must be downloaded from the organization requesting the service.

  • That in order to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you permissions for the "AOC – Service Request" service.

  • That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will need to be signed electronically and sent through the “Send” button on the form itself or through EACAT Procedures > Registration Window.

Service considerations

Priority in activating the Service instances is given to entities with integrity or anti-fraud plans already drafted and that need to incorporate the channel into the resources deployed to justify subsidies.
