Responsible user
The user who has the responsibility of assigning the roles associated with CÒPIA is the user manager of the EACAT of each entity.
How are roles assigned?
To assign the permissions of the CÒPIA service to the entity's users, the user manager simply needs to enter the “Configuration” tab.
Important: temporarily, Copy service permissions can only be managed from the configuration section of the current EACAT and not from the user management of the new EACAT.

Once in this area, you can choose to assign permissions from the “users” section (choose a user and assign them a specific service) or from the “Services” section (choose a service and assign users to it)
- Assign permissions from the “Users” section :
From this section, you can search for the user. Once selected, you will see the user's file. At the bottom, in the "Assign service" section (not to be confused with the "assigned services" section), you must indicate the name of the service or part of the name of the service that we want to assign to the user.

In this case, you need to search for the “Copy” service.
Below you will see the roles available for the service:

Once the roles have been selected, you just have to press the (+) button and a floating message will appear indicating that the operation has been completed successfully.

- Assign permissions from the “Services” section :
The way to do it is the same, but in reverse. We must search for the service that interests us and then search for the users to whom we want to give permissions. Once we have clicked on the service, the list of users who have it will appear and at the bottom, in the “Assign User” box, we must search for the user to whom we are interested in giving permissions.

Once the roles have been selected, you just have to press the (+) button and a floating message will appear indicating that the operation has been completed successfully.
If when searching for a user from the “assign user” section they do not appear, it is either that they are not registered or that they already have the service, and what should be done is to edit them instead of assigning them again.
