If you are having trouble, please review the attached sample csv file. It must be comma separated.
The comma-separated .csv file must contain two columns. The first row is ignored, we will use it as labels.
Once the file has been uploaded to the upload census option, it should return a message stating that everything is correct for the total settlements:
