With certain Adobe Acrobat configurations, we have detected that in some cases when pressing the “ Send ” button on the PDFs that automatically generate the output/input record of some EACAT procedures, the message indicating that the transmission has ended does not appear and Adobe Acrobat remains sending/receiving data.

To avoid this, you must access the following Acrobat Reader configuration path and disable Signature Verification :

"Menu" > "Preferences" > "Signatures" > "Verification" > disable "Verify signatures when opening the document"
