The My Space module is available to all public administrations and public sector entities in Catalonia . It is accessible:

Automatically

  • Automatically for entities that use the Seu-e and Transparency service, and e-TRAM . Access to My Space will be made from a section accessible in the Seu-e and Transparency service of each entity, specifically from the item “My personal space” (previously called “my procedures (citizen folder)”).
  • Also, entities with the current e-TRAM service will be redirected from their procedures catalog to the new My Space module. In the future, and in the new e-TRAM (currently in piloting), it will have a prominent space in the procedures catalog.

On demand

  • For Catalan public entities that do not use the Open Government services (Seu-e i Transparència) or the e-TRAM of the AOC , they must make a request through EACAT:

After the relevant request, within a few days from AOC we will return a personalized link to you so that you can publish it on your headquarters and/or procedures portal. You will also need to send us the crest/logo so that we can incorporate it.
