Project objective

This pilot project aims to validate the integration of tax data from tax management and collection agencies with El Meu Espai , guaranteeing its operability and detecting possible improvements before a general implementation. The participating entities play a key role in the definition and optimization of the service.

Requirements

Pilots must have El Meu Espai as an active service and available as a link to their electronic headquarters.

Duration of the pilotage

A first phase of testing with internal groups of a maximum of two months is planned, followed by a moderate external communication phase of three months.

Tasks to be performed by the pilots
  • In a first phase, initial dissemination of the service among your staff, family and friends for the first tests in production.
  • In the second phase, progressive communication to citizens to boost the piloting.
  • Collection of improvement proposals for assessment by the AOC.
Commitments by the pilot entity
  • Assign a person functionally responsible for piloting.
  • Carrying out the tasks necessary to carry out the piloting objective.
  • Maintain the commitment acquired throughout the defined pilot period. In the event that during or at the end of the pilot, the entity cannot continue with the process, it must inform the reasons.
  • Allocate technical and financial resources, if necessary.
Commitments by the AOC
  • Assume the expenses derived from the pilot phase that are not directly attributable to the pilot entity's systems.
  • Offer the necessary organizational and legal support during the pilot phase of the service.

Friends & family methodology

The pilot project for integrating local taxes and fines with El Meu Espai is being carried out with tests with family & friends type users.

This methodology consists of conducting initial tests with trusted people (such as internal staff, family members, friends, etc.) in a controlled environment. The goal is to validate the experience of using the service in real conditions, detect possible improvements, and ensure that everything works correctly before general deployment.

What do we ask of you?

  • Try the service as if you were an end user.
  • Please share any incidents, doubts or suggestions you detect during the tests, as well as send us your feedback through the usual channel.

Therefore, once you log in, you must wait a maximum of 15 seconds for the Folder Hub to obtain the information. Once this maximum has passed since logging in, we suggest the following itinerary to avoid waiting:
