To make a modification to the envelope configuration after its publication, it is necessary to make an amendment to the tender announcement phase. Once the amendment is saved, the tender returns to the “In editing” status and any element of the digital envelope configuration can be modified. Companies will see the new configuration when they access the tool, once it is published again.

In the case of modifications to documents or templates , companies that have activated a bid for that tender will receive a notice and will see the changes introduced in the bid preparation and presentation space .

If the modification to be made consists of adding or deleting an envelope and/or a lot once the tender has been published , the file will have to be cancelled, stating as the reason "Announcement published in error" and publishing a new file with a different file code and a new publication in the tender announcement phase with the new configuration.

The configuration of tables and custodians can be done at any time from the “Manage electronic bidding” tab. Likewise, the Digital Envelope opening dates can be modified from the same tab, until all envelopes are opened. In the latter case, the tool will publish an automatic amendment to the contracting profile.
