Local entities and universities registered on the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) can use the functionalities available on it to receive tenders by telematic means . In order to guarantee the correct functioning of the same, the points below must be taken into account:

  • The editor/validator user who must view the entry of proposal records must have PSCP permissions to access the offers received in the management tool. This permission is enabled by the body administrator in the manner indicated in the article Access to offers received in Bidder Management
  • Enable and configure the presentation option corresponding to the file in the PSCP management tool (in the case of the functionality without bid envelopes, you only need to enable the Telematic Presentation of Bids option) as indicated in the Electronic Tenders section in PSCP
