The Sobre Digital tool does not limit the presentation of offers without them containing all the documentation marked as mandatory by your contracting authority.

Likewise, from 24 hours prior to the submission deadline, the bidder will have the possibility of presenting the offer in two phases , so that they can select the document to present the fingerprint and have 24 hours from the moment of presentation to definitively send the file. The tool notifies them of this at the time of the closing of the offer.

If, in either of the two cases mentioned, the offer ends up being registered with your contracting authority without containing the documentation, the opening tool will display the literal "Not presented" in the file that has not been uploaded by the bidder to Sobre Digital.
