The submission of tenders is included in the functionalities of the PSCP through two solutions designed for different procurement procedures:

  • Online submission of offers : allows the submission of offers not enclosed, using a level 3 digital certificate (eg: negotiated contracts without advertising, minor contracts, derivatives of framework agreements, other procedures according to internal instructions and open with simplified abbreviated processing). In the “Bidder Management” section of the virtual space, in the “Bids received” tab, you can consult the offers received after the end of the bid submission period.

  • Digital Envelope 2.0 (envelope solution): constitutes an enveloped electronic bidding solution for the presentation and opening of offers electronically that guarantees the confidentiality of their content until the moment of opening.
