All envelopes that do not contain administrative information must have a company-defined keyword. This keyword is used to encrypt files in the browser before sending them and requires repetition, as well as the mandatory download of a file that includes all defined keywords, to enable bid closing.

It is very important to have custody of these keywords, since once the submission deadline has passed, they will be required by the contracting body.

The keyword must be between 8 and 32 characters long and must contain at least one character from each of the following groups: numeric, alphabetic and special characters (*, +, $, &, #, @, -, !, %, ^, *, ;, (, ), {, }, [, ], , ?, /,_).
