Signing the summary of the offer is equivalent to signing all the documents that make it up. Although in accordance with article 140
of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, the DEUC must also be signed.

Likewise, if the specifications require originals or certified copies of documents to be submitted, these must be signed electronically and, if only the signed document is available on paper, the original paper document should be securely digitized (authentic copy in electronic format made by a competent public employee). Otherwise, the contracting board or body may require the corresponding amendment.
