The Sobre Digital tool does not allow the recovery of the bidder's keyword because the bidder is the only one who knows it. As a security guarantee, the tool does not store the key as such, but a cryptographic summary that allows its validation.

For this reason, Sobre Digital validates the defined keyword at different times throughout the bid submission process and provides tools to remember it, such as the copy button on the computer's clipboard or the download of a document with the keywords defined for each of the submitted bids, at the time of bid closing.

If you cannot remember the keyword before the final submission of the offer , you must remove the keyword from the envelope using the “Delete” button next to the “Keyword” field. Once this action has been confirmed, all the documents in the envelope in question must be selected again. You will then need to enter a new keyword.

In case you do not remember the keyword that was defined when submitting the bid to the tender, once these have been requested by the contacting body before opening the envelopes or by sending a response to requests, you will need to search your computer (in the folder defined for downloads if it was not located in a specific one), the document that was downloaded from the tool before the bid closed.

In the case of responding to requests, if it is not possible to locate the txt file for recovering the password, contact the contracting body with the aim of defining an alternative for submitting the response by electronic means, such as the generic instance of the entity's Electronic Office.
