If you need to change any data, you must contact the notifying body. AOC provides public administrations with the mechanisms to notify electronically with all the technical and legal guarantees, but it is not the sender of the notifications nor the person responsible for the data of the notified.
When a notification is issued, a notice is sent to the email address or mobile phone number that you provided to the body issuing the notification when you initiated the administrative procedure related to the notification (for example, when you applied for a grant, scholarship, etc.).
If you want to modify the contact details related to any procedure initiated with an administration , you must contact the administration that issued the notification to you, as it is the one responsible for processing this data.
Below we provide you with the addresses of the electronic headquarters of some administrations in case you do not have the contact information for your administration:
- Town Halls, Regional Councils, Provincial Councils , etc.: you can contact them through their electronic offices .
- Tax agencies (ATC, ORGT, XALOC, etc.) : Contact them through their electronic offices .
- Generalitat : you can contact them via 012 or the gencat contact page .
- Universities : You can contact them through their electronic offices .
- General State Administration : you can contact them through 060 or the AGE contact page.
