From the main page go to “Pending Deliveries”

Below will be shown the certificates that the Service Manager has pending delivery.

To find the certificate you want to download, you can search with the tool on the right or by expanding the requests shown per page. The order in which the certificates appear in the list can be chosen, issue date, certificate type, holder...

To download the certificate, the Service Manager must click the download icon on the right.

This action will take you to the next screen where the data contained within the certificate is displayed.

To download the certificate, click Download .
When doing this, the application requests authorization from the Service Manager to issue the certificate. Click Accept and at this point, the certificate is generated.

Once this is done, the certificate will be downloaded and will go from “pending delivery” to “delivered”.
