In cases where the person responsible for the service changes, different tasks will need to be carried out:

– Modify the Registration Entity file T-CAT:

· You must access the platform EACAT > Procedures section > Consortium provider AOC > Digital Certification Service > Registration Entity File T-CAT , download the form, fill it out, sign it electronically and submit it through the same platform.

– Operators' terminations

· In the event that you are also an operator or have a digital operator certificate, the certificate will need to be revoked through the EACAT platform > Procedures section > Consortium provider AOC > Digital Certification Service > T-CAT: revocation request.

– Operator registrations

· In the event that the incorporation of new operators is necessary, this new request must be made through the platform EACAT > Procedures section > Consortium provider AOC > Digital Certification Service > T-CAT: request and renewal of personal certificates .

In cases where it is not possible to carry out the procedures through EACAT, exceptionally, they may be sent to the Consortium AOC by email, digitally signed ( er@aoc.cat ), or by post.

Note: It is important to remember that if the person has left the workplace, all personal certificates they have will also need to be revoked.
