From July 27, 2026, the e-TRAM procedure catalog of the Regional Councils offers the possibility of activating a new procedure: "Settlement of the School Transport Service by concessionaire companies".

The procedure, available by default in the procedure catalogs, is active but not visible by default . To activate it, you only need to access “Configuration” and activate both the procedure file and the application form.

Below we explain the detailed procedure in three steps:

  1. Access the configuration of the procedures catalog (More information in How to access the administration of the Procedures Catalog? ).

  2. Locate the procedure “Settlement of the School Transport Service by concessionaire companies” in the catalog and make it visible . The final appearance will be similar to the following image:

  3. Synchronize the procedure : Once the procedure is visible, press the “Synchronize with eTRAM” button

This last step guarantees that the procedure is correctly linked to the corresponding form, appears published in the procedure catalog and is available and visible from the public processing environment.
