It is not essential. If the T-CAT is not used, the suitcase will be automatically signed with an electronic seal certificate loaded in the application. If you want to sign with T-CAT, you must indicate this in the option shown at the end of the suitcase creation page. In the configuration page, you can mark this option as checked by default.
