In order to send a suitcase to a specific recipient, it is necessary that their GICAR minor unit is created in the tool. If the user does not have this information, the system will not allow them to make any shipments.

The simplest way to create this minor unit is for it to be done automatically when any user of it accesses the tool, so if you can contact them and ask them to simply access with their credentials, from that moment on the warning that the corresponding minor unit does not exist will no longer appear.

If you are unable to request this first access to any user from the required minor unit, contact the Consortium's User Service Center AOC , informing them of the minor unit code that needs to be added.
