Access to the editing interface will be done through the EACAT portal www.eacat.cat through authentication with a T-CAT digital certificate or username/password, by accessing the “ Access ” link.

Once authentication has been carried out in EACAT, access to the “ Electronic Office and Transparency ” portal will be via the “ Applications ” tab. Be careful not to confuse it with the previous Electronic Office service “Seu-e 1.0”.

If you want to access the Transparency and Open Government Space , you must click on the link “ All public information ”, which is located on the main page of the Seu-e .

Keep in mind that the user manager must have previously given you permissions to edit the electronic headquarters and transparency.
