In the event that you have requested the SEU and Transparency service or only Transparency (because you already have your own SEU-e solution), once the registration for the Service has been managed, you will receive an activation email and from there you must follow the following steps:
Step 1: The EACAT user manager of your entity must access EACAT and assign the role “Content Editor” to the people who will have to edit content in the “Electronic Office and Transparency” service (For more information, you can consult this FAQ: How can I assign permissions for a service to a EACAT user?)
Note: to be able to edit SEU and Transparency, the user must have an individualized email (not generic) reported in their EACAT profile; otherwise, if a generic email is reported, and there is another user in EACAT with the same email, the editing options will not be visible even if they have the corresponding permission.
Step 2: You must fill in the manual contents of the Seu-e and Transparència or Transparència, if you have only requested this part. These are those that are defined as [M] in the editing environment.
The Transparency Service is understood as a part of the Electronic Headquarters, given that the contents of the transparency space are considered an inseparable part of an entity's e-headquarters.
If you have your own SEU-e, we recommend that you link to the Transparency Space from your e-Seu, either through a link or with a banner, as an immediate solution, but you will need to assess the information you have in each of the spaces. In this sense, if you do an analysis of the information, you will see that you probably have duplicate content (information on regulations, elected officials, procedures, etc.). The idea is that you assess where it is easiest for you to keep this information updated and carry out a process of optimizing it, placing it in only one of the two spaces (e-Seu or transparency).
Step 3: Review the automatic contents (these are those that come defined as [A]) and decide if you want to:
- Publish only automatic content by default
- Publish automatic content and additionally include manual content
- Disable automatic content and include manual content
Step 4: When you have the SEU-e and Transparency or Transparency Space (if you have only requested this part) edited with the correct contents, publish the url that we have provided you on your corporate website or e-seo, as applicable:
- If you have requested Headquarters and Transparency, you must publish the link on the corporate website (or a banner)
- If you have requested Transparency, you must publish the link on your website (or a banner)
