The automatic data that appears in the open data repository of local entities, and that is displayed on the transparency portals in different resources (tables, graphs, etc.), in many cases is not data managed directly by the AOC Consortium, but is data that the AOC Consortium obtains from external data sources and with which it builds specific information data sets: contracting, regulations, administration, subsidies, etc.

For this reason, sometimes we cannot directly modify the table (and update it) in the Transparency portal or in the open data repository, but rather we need to see which data source it comes from and manage the data update in that original data source.

In the event that the automatic data shown by the Transparency portal for a specific item does not suit you, we recommend that you update the data in the original source and, in the meantime, manually upload the data to the item, disabling the display of automatic data.

Procedure for modifying incorrect or incomplete data from different sources

MUNICAT (for example, in the list of elected officials that is in the specific item for this purpose), also has an impact, for example in the agenda of the senior officials who go to look for the data from MUNICAT. Therefore, and in order for the portal to have the latest news, it is necessary that the information in MUNICAT is coherent, and to do so, you must send an email to dgal@gencat.cat explaining the details of the changes, and they will immediately make the change.
