Within the “Institutional and organizational information ” family, you now have the new subfamily: “ Personal data protection ”, which includes three new manual items. Specifically:
- Data Protection Officer.
- Exercise of rights relating to the protection of personal data.
- Registration of personal data processing activities.

With these three new items, it is possible to comply with the requirements associated with both the Transparency Laws, the European Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD), or the Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
Below is the detail for each of them:

Personal Data Protection Officer
Item that has web content and a content editor where you can add elements with the following structure:
- Name of the entity
- Unit in charge
- Emails
- Telephone
- Postal Address
- Observations

Exercise of rights relating to the protection of personal data
Item that has web content and pre-established text where we can define links to procedures.

To configure the links that give us access to the procedure, we will click on the “Display Configuration” button and establish the links, as appropriate:
