Information to be published:
All those entities that have approved their code of conduct must publish the meetings they have with interest groups, as well as gifts and invitations that must be made public on the transparency portal. Specifically:
- Courtesy gifts that have been accepted . The good or gift accepted, the entity or individual that gave it and its final destination must be published.
- Invitations to meals and events that have been accepted . Attendances made on behalf of the entity must be published, specifying the day and purpose of the event and the entity issuing the invitation.
- Travel, commuting and accommodation expenses paid for by others public administrations or public entities that depend on them, universities or non-profit entities, or exceptionally by private companies or an individual, when they have to attend officially invited by reason of their position to an activity related to their responsibilities or for public interest. The entity, place and reason for the invitation must be published.
- Interviews, meetings or similar held with natural or legal persons who are considered interest groups , in accordance with the provisions of Law 19/2014 on transparency, access to public information and good governance and the implementing regulations.
