On the transparency and open data portal of each entity, we automatically publish data on subsidies from the National Subsidy Advertising System (SNPS). The SNPS is the visible part of the National Subsidy Database (BDNS), where data is published in an open and reusable format determined by the General Subsidy Law. The format complies with the law for the following reasons:
- First: because the data that is published corresponds to the information provided by the entities themselves obliged to report to the National Subsidies Database.
- Second: because the data we publish are only those that the Ministry, in accordance with art. 20 of the General Law on Subsidies, can make public.
In accordance with the latest SNPS information note of April 9, 2019 , from that date and with retroactive effect on all searchable content, they have proceeded to anonymize at source the DNI, NIE, Passports and equivalent documents of natural persons, in accordance with the seventh additional provision of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantees of digital rights.
