List of members who live with the service holder, for information purposes only for the professionals handling the case. The data is entered in text mode and is not linked to any Personal File.

Once the data of the living nucleus has been entered, it is displayed in the tab in list mode. From this list, you can access each person in case you need to modify the registered data, by clicking on it.

Social report

In this space, the professional can include an assessment report that will have the following structure:

  • Organization of the family nucleus towards the care of the beneficiary.
  • Assessment of the demand and proposal by the professional.

  • Hours per week that the professional estimates that the beneficiary of the service requires .
