The recommendation from the AOC Consortium is to make retries spaced out over time and, once the maximum number of retries previously stipulated is exceeded, to stop retrying, since the source application may not have yet been integrated with the method of saving the documentation (documents not recoverable by web services at the moment, such as eFACT, despite returning the <Documents> data block).
