The vast majority of settlements will have associated documentation that you can download. However, in some cases this will not be possible and you will receive the following messages
Case 1 - No document found with check-in XXXXX
In this case the registration application has not found any document associated with the entry. The reasons may be diverse and will depend on the application that generated the entry but in general they are these:
- The application that generated the entry never sends the documentation to the MUX service. For example, idCAT and PSCP (in the case of PSCP the offers are incorporated into the electronic bidding tools to be viewed within the defined deadlines and by authorized users).
- The procedure that has been generated does not include attached documentation and only the basic data of the settlement is reported. For example, some procedures sent by VALISA.
- In the case of e.FACT, as of December 14, 2022, the invoice in XML format and its rendering in PDF format are now attached to the entry and this message will no longer appear. For entries prior to this date, the message does appear, but the link to access the PDF view of the invoice has been included.
Case 2 - No settlement with number XXXXXX found
This is a very exceptional case and only occurs when there has been a technical or communication error in the registration transaction and orphan records are created which, despite having a registration number, have not been able to be consolidated correctly in the registration application and for this reason the entry and, consequently, the documentation cannot be found.
Case 3 - There is documentation in the settlement but I can't find the receipt
In some cases, for example the EACAT procedures in web technology (known as the EACAT TR), the registration receipt is not generated immediately once the procedure is completed, but is generated asynchronously and users will have to wait a while before being able to consult it, either in the registration tab or in the download via integration.
