AE - What can you do if you have forgotten your password?

You need to reset your password:

• When accessing EACAT, press Have you forgotten or has your password expired?
• Enter your personal ID, email and press Send link.
• Check your inbox. You will receive an email with instructions with the subject Change password for user EACAT
• Open the email and press the Reset Password button.
• Update password
• Confirm password
• Press Change password

It is very important that the new password meets the following requirements:

• It cannot contain your name or personal identifier and must contain:
  • 8 characters
  • A capital letter
  • A lowercase letter
  • A number
  • A special character ($, &, @, !, others)

If the password is invalid, a message will appear asking you to verify that the two passwords are the same and that the requirements are met.
