EGT - What types of mailboxes are there?

There are 2 types of mailboxes:

The global mailbox, which is created automatically once mailboxes are activated in an entity, and which has a series of characteristics that differentiate it from the rest of the mailboxes.

The other specific mailboxes, which are created later following a specific organizational logic. Therefore, before configuring your entity's mailboxes, it is advisable to spend time thinking about the logic and organization that best suits your entity's needs.
