You can activate and deactivate users from Administration settings > Services AOC

Deactivate a user by accessing the account_circle Users section > select the user you want to deactivate > press the … icon > and select Deactivate . A confirmation window will appear > press the Deactivate button

The same procedure applies to activate a deactivated user but, in this case, there is no confirmation window.

The consequences of deactivating users are the following:

  • The deactivated user will not be able to access EACAT, as the system will display an authentication error.

  • If you are the manager of more than one entity, you will be able to access EACAT, but you will not be able to manage the entity for which your access has been deactivated.
