If you are the entity's manager, access from Administration settings > EACAT Procedures > Organizational units.

You can only view the Organizational Units section if you have the Use organizational units in entity option enabled in the General section. Capture

In the Organizational Units section, you can perform actions that affect all organizational units (OUs) of your entity, such as sorting them according to different filters and creating new ones. You can also perform specific actions on a given OU, such as activating or deactivating it, making it visible or not (except for the main OU which is always visible) and selecting the IdCentre if it is an OU of an entity that is integrated with the S@RCAT Registry.

In the Organizational Units section you will find:

  1. Generic information about the entity's UOs that allows you to:
    • Search UO by name.
    • View structured UO relationships based on the filters you select:
      • All / Active / Inactive
      • No mailboxes
      • Visibility, which is a drop-down list where we can select:
        • All / Visible / Not visible
      • Create UO, through the button
    • Specific information , from a particular UO that I have selected, allows you to:
      Through the “...” Icon you can:
      Edit the title of the selected mailbox
      Enable/disable UO
      Delete OU
      Choose visibility, whether or not it is visible to other entities.
      Choose the Center ID, if it is an entity that is integrated with the S@RCAT Registry.

The main OU is created automatically, is visible and takes the name of the entity. This mailbox cannot be renamed, cannot be deleted and is always active and visible to everyone.
