EP - What can you do in the Personal Space?

1. What is it?

The Personal Space is the area of EACAT where as a user you can manage your personal information; configure some aspects of the platform to your liking; communicate with your managers; and consult the inter-administrative processing services and the AOC Services to which you already have access. You can also request access to a new service from this section.  

2. How can you access it?

To access the Personal Space :

• Enter EACAT

• Click on your entity's avatar

• Select account_circle Personal Space from the drop-down menu

Any user of EACAT can access it.

3. What can you do there?

Consult data, edit personal information, manage notices, contact managers and request access to services.

4. Data and preferences management

In the General section you can edit your personal and contact details; change your password; select the default entity; configure notifications and processing preferences. As well as consult which processing groups you belong to and the information from the Register of Authorized Civil Servants (RFH).

5. Contact the managers

In the Managers section you can consult and contact the managers of your entity by email.

6. Consultation and management of services

In the Services section , check the services through the filters and request access, if applicable. You can also check the permissions for the AOC services (EACAT Procedures, eNotum , etc. ) in the AOC Services section .  

7. Management of notices

In the General section you can configure the notification system and more specifically, if applicable, in the Services sections, in the case of inter-administrative processing services; and AOC Services, in the case of e-TRAM, e-FACT and SIR; provided that you have access to them.
