Be sure to check the list of web browsers supported by the new EACAT. We generally recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari to ensure the best user experience.


2. Authentication

You can access the service using your current credentials. This includes:

  • Username and password for EACAT
  • Digital certificate: Make sure the digital certificate is correctly installed in your browser and is valid.
  • GICAR (Identity Management and Access Control of the Generalitat and its public sector)

3. Security restrictions

  • Firewalls and security filters : In some corporate environments, the firewall may impose access restrictions to certain websites and applications for security reasons. It is important to ensure that the firewall does not block access to EACAT.
  • Verification with the systems manager : If you experience access problems, check with your institution's systems team to ensure that access to the following URL is allowed: https://eacat3-cl.aoc.cat/eacat.
