When registering a local entity's PSCP, the AOC Consortium only registers the entity administrators. The rest of the users must be registered by the entity administrator themselves.
To be able to edit and publish bidding spaces, users who need to do so must be registered with the publisher profile (can create ads and send them for validation) or validator (can publish them in addition to being able to perform the same tasks as the publisher).
To register a new user or assign new profiles to existing administrator users, the organ administrator must access EACAT > Applications > PSCP.
Once identified with the organ administrator role, you must access the General data option and click on User management to access the tool that allows you to add or modify data for PSCP users:

On the screen after accessing this tool, a user search engine and a list of those who are active in your contracting authority are displayed.

Edit data for an existing user:
To edit the data or roles of an existing user, click on the icon shown to the right of the user's data, within the table:

The user's data and their associated roles will be displayed.

At this point you can modify or delete the data of the existing roles through the buttons located to the right of each of them:

Once the changes have been made, click on Save role:

We can also add a new role to the user using the Add role button. In relation to this functionality, remember that new users of PSCP will need to be added, if necessary, the role of access to electronic bidding tools in a differentiated manner. It will be necessary to verify that they have, in this case, registered both the PSCP and eLicita roles :

Register a new user:
If a new user needs to be registered, click on the “New user” option at the end of the initial screen of the users menu:

A new screen will appear where you must first enter the NIF of the person to be registered.

If the tool does not exist in any contracting authority, the rest of the data can be reported and the roles corresponding to the tools to which it must have access can be added (in the event that they are both PSCP and eLicita, the roles for the two tools must be added separately.
If the person is already registered with a contracting body, the tool informs us about it and we can add a new email address as well as the corresponding roles in our entity.
