Each phase, from the time it begins until a file is published, goes through the following states:

  • “Draft” status . This is the initial status. Both the editor and the validator can modify
    the data.
  • Status “Pending publication” . Only the validator can modify the data.
  • “Returned” status . Both the editor and the validator can modify the data.
  • “Publishing” status . The phase is ready to be visible on the Portal (when the publication date and time indicated by the user arrives).
  • “Published” status . The phase appears published on the portal
