When a local entity or university registers with PSCP, AOC assigns the role of Organ Administrator to the people defined for this purpose in the corresponding registration form.

Functions of the organ administrator

Body administrators are responsible for managing user registrations, deletions and modifications (validators and editors), and they also maintain and publish general information about their body.

How to request a new administrator

To request a new administrator for the entity, a new registration form must be submitted, which you will find at www.aoc.cat > Services > Public Procurement Services Platform > Request the service You must send the following form, duly completed, to AOC through EACAT, specifically in the “Processes” section, provider “Consorci AOC”, procedure “Request for Services AOC”. The form must be signed electronically by the entity's secretary.

Through the same data registration/modification form, you can request the removal of previous body administrators from the entity.
