The Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) is the information system that offers a central point of access to information on contractual activity and contractor profiles of all contracting bodies in Catalonia.   

The Platform is made up of two components:

Publications Manager. Through which public workers maintain the data that will be reflected in public contracting profiles. This is accessible through the applications tab of EACAT.

Public Procurement Services Platform. Public space that hosts the contact profiles of the public sector in Catalonia.
