According to the service level agreement, requests for registration in the services of the AOC Consortium will be processed, in 90% of cases, within a maximum of 15 working days, once the documentation received has been validated.

If any request is made, it is sent by email to the contact person indicated on the registration/modification form. Make sure that this person has not received any email.

You can check if the registration has already been made by searching for your entity on the Generalitat's Contractor Profile website. If you are listed there and have not received any communication regarding the registration, contact us from our contact form and we will review it.
