In these cases you can open a support request through the contact form , telling us:

  • problem description
  • data of the affected user (name, surname and ID number)
  • one of the following data that identifies the signature flow in question:
    • Flow title. Example in the image: "Support Testing Flow"
    • alphanumeric code that you will find under the editor's name when accessing the stream. If you hover your mouse over it, an icon will appear to copy it.
